To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yingxia Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide high-quality services but make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
